Dear pupils,
1. Wear school uniform to school on Thursday, 8 January 2015.

2. Place a mini whiteboard, a marker and a duster in the school bag everyday.

3. Do put your thermometer, tissue, wet wipes and a pencil into a ziplog bag. We will have temperature taking everyday.

4. Bring along your health booklet and submit it to me. If you do not have it, please fill up form 4, pass the money ($1.50) to your child and submit it to me.

5.  Fill up form 1a and 1b and return to me ( if you have not done so).
