-1) Get your parents to fill up pages 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the School Health Service Booklet.

-2) Acknowledgement slip for Parents circular 016  (About AAs conducted in Term 2)

Hand in all of the above tomorrow.

Please revise on Maths - making number patterns.
